• Financial information including payment card details, transaction details, form of payment, and payment confirmations. Card numbers are entered directly into our payment processor's secure form; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

• Account information including your username, password, saved addresses, saved payment methods held by our payment processor, preferences and settings, birthday and occasion reminders, loyalty and reward point balances, and referral activity.

• Transaction information including items you view, add to your cart, purchase, return, exchange or cancel, recurring flower subscriptions, gift card purchases and redemptions, delivery instructions, and your past transactions in our stores and online.

• Communications with us including the information you include in emails, contact forms, product reviews, SMS messages, phone calls, and chats with our online assistant.

• Device information including information about your device, browser, or network connection, your IP address, and other unique identifiers.

• Provide, Tailor, and Improve the Services. To perform our contract with you, process your payments, fulfil and deliver your orders, verify delivery addresses and plan driver routes, manage recurring subscriptions and gift cards, remember your preferences and saved addresses, operate our loyalty and referral programs, send notifications related to your account and orders, enable you to post reviews, and create and improve your shopping experience.

Each processes personal information under contract and only on our instructions.

• Other florists, where your delivery is outside our own delivery area. See "Deliveries Outside Our Service Area" below.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not provide or share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. Cookies, Analytics, and Session Recording

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Some are necessary for the site to work — they keep you signed in, remember your cart, and secure checkout. Others help us understand how the site is used so that we can find and fix problems.

When you first visit, we display a notice telling you that cookies are in use. Analytics and diagnostic technologies are active by default. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles unless you have separately agreed to marketing cookies.

• Analytics. We use analytics services, including Google Analytics and a tag manager that deploys them, to measure traffic and to understand which pages and products people use. We also use privacy-focused traffic measurement that sets no cookies.

• Session recording. We use Hotjar to record and replay how visitors interact with our pages — pages viewed, clicks, taps, scrolling and mouse movement — so that we can reproduce errors and improve the shopping experience. Recordings are used only to diagnose and improve the Services. Payment card details are entered in a secure frame hosted by our payment processor and are never captured in a recording, and fields containing sensitive information are masked before a recording leaves your browser. We do not record staff-facing or account-recovery pages.

These providers act as our service providers. They process information on our behalf, under contract, and are not authorized to use it for their own independent marketing purposes.

AI-Assisted Features

Some parts of the Services are assisted by artificial intelligence. Our online shopping assistant answers questions and helps you find products, and we offer optional suggestions for gift-card message wording. If you call one of our stores, your call may be answered or assisted by an automated voice assistant.

• Where these features are used, the content of your conversation is sent to the AI provider that powers them so that a response can be generated. The provider processes it on our behalf, under contract, and is not permitted to use it to train its models or for its own purposes.

• Please do not enter payment card numbers or other sensitive information into a chat or voice conversation. We will never ask you for full card details this way.

• An AI assistant does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. You can always reach a person by contacting us using the details below.

Deliveries Outside Our Service Area

If you order flowers for delivery to an address that our own stores do not serve, we fulfil the order through a florist wire service, which passes the order to an affiliated florist near the delivery address. To do that, we share the information needed to complete the delivery — typically the recipient's name, delivery address and phone number, the card message, and the product ordered — with the wire service and the fulfilling florist. Those florists are independent businesses and handle that information under their own privacy practices. We do not share your payment card details with them.

Communications Services

We use third-party cloud communications providers to facilitate certain communications with you, including phone calls, text messages (SMS), voicemail, and customer support interactions.

• When you communicate with us through these channels, or when we contact you using these services, our providers may process certain personal information on our behalf, such as your phone number, call metadata (e.g., time, duration), message content, voicemail recordings, and other communication-related information. This information is used solely to provide and improve our communications with you, including customer service, order-related notifications, and operational communications.

• These providers act as service providers and process personal information in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection laws. We do not authorize them to use your personal information for their own independent marketing purposes.

• No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
