Because our arrangements are made with fresh, seasonal flowers, exact stems, colors, and containers may vary, and we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value to maintain the overall look and quality of an arrangement. Prices are displayed at the time of order and may change without notice.

3. Orders, Delivery, and Pickup

Delivery availability, same-day cutoff times, and delivery fees depend on the store fulfilling your order and the delivery address you provide. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the requested window but cannot guarantee a precise delivery time. For pickup orders, please bring your order confirmation to the selected store.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Because flowers are perishable, cancellation and refund requests must be made before an order has been prepared or dispatched for delivery. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to make it right.

5. Use of the Site
