- What is Petal Partners?
- Petal Partners is South Florals' nationwide florist network. Independently-owned floral shops join the Petal Partners brand to share order flow, operating tools, and back-office support, while keeping the day-to-day ownership and design of their own storefront.
- Who can join?
- Established retail florists with a brick-and-mortar storefront, a working delivery operation, and at least one full year of trading. We onboard partners in waves; an application doesn't guarantee acceptance.
- What does it cost?
- Specific terms are shared during the application review. There is no upfront cost to apply, and Petal Partners is structured as a revenue share on orders fulfilled through the network — not a monthly subscription.
- How does order sharing work?
- Customer orders placed through Petal Partners-branded surfaces (national landing pages, brand partnerships, corporate accounts) are routed to the nearest qualifying partner based on delivery zone, capacity, and product fit. You accept or decline within the partner app; declined orders re-route automatically.
- How do I get paid?
- Payouts run on a weekly cycle for orders delivered the prior week. Funds land via ACH to the bank account you provide during onboarding. You'll see every order, line item, and adjustment in your partner dashboard.
- When can I start?
- After an application is accepted, onboarding takes 2–4 weeks: tools setup, brand alignment, a test order cycle, and a live launch with your account manager. We pace launches deliberately so every partner ships their first order with confidence.
